Our Experience:
Gratitude Wellness Village is owned and managed by Vanessa Malvicini, Edoardo Eggers, and Karsten Eggers, who bring over 22 years of experience in developing and managing horse farms, both locally and internationally.
They acquired the property in 2019 for its exceptional suitability for horses and its potential to support and expand their existing equine operations.

About Vanessa:
Vanessa Malvicini is an Equine Facilitated Experiential Learning Practitioner with a lifelong background in horses.
Growing up in the Italian racing world, she spent her childhood and teens involved in the daily operations of her grandfather’s racing stables.
In 2006, she completed her equine studies in Arizona, USA, and has since facilitated clinics across Europe and South Africa.
Together with Edoardo, Karsten, three managers, and five dedicated grooms, Vanessa oversees the Gratitude Wellness Village stable yard and SOQ.
As of 2024, the yard is home to around 45 horses, including livery horses, their own horses, and retired racehorses.
